A typical 1000-gallon capacity grease interceptor is municipal specific compliant, commercial grade, direct traffic rated, H20 load bearing (5’ earth cover maximum), 6” sidewalls, 6” base slab, 8” top slab, 5000 psi @ 28 days air entrained concrete with Penetron additive included in the mix design as a corrosion inhibitor and crystalline sealer.
